By creating an Altoura account or subscribing to any membership tier (Free, Wanderlust, Global Citizen, Jetsetter), you agree to these Membership Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), as well as the Altoura Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.

2. Service Overview

Altoura provides AI-powered travel planning tools, curated recommendations, and concierge-style support ("Service"). Features vary by membership tier and may evolve as the platform improves.

Altoura does not sell travel services, tickets, or reservations. All bookings are made directly with third-party providers.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate, complete registration information
• Use the Service for personal, non-commercial travel planning unless expressly authorized

Altoura may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Membership Tiers

Altoura offers four tiers:

4.1. FREE

Basic access to the platform, limited AI recommendations, and select travel inspiration features.

4.2. Wanderlust (Paid Monthly)

Enhanced AI trip planning, expanded recommendations, and additional platform features.

4.3. Global Citizen (Paid Monthly)

All Wanderlust features plus deeper personalization, priority support, and premium tools.

4.4. Jetsetter (Paid Monthly)

All Global Citizen features plus the highest level of personalization, concierge-style support, and exclusive travel benefits.

Altoura may update or refine features within each tier to improve the Service.

5. Billing & Payments (Paid Tiers)

5.1. Automatic Renewal

Paid memberships renew automatically each month. By subscribing, you authorize Altoura to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees.

5.2. Price Adjustments

Altoura may update pricing. You will be notified in advance, and continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

5.3. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Altoura may:

• Retry the charge
• Suspend access to paid features
• Downgrade your account to the Free tier

6. Cancellation & Refunds

6.1. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Your membership remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

6.2. Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable, including partial months, unless required by law.

7. Use of the Service

7.1. Personal Use Only

Memberships are for personal travel planning. You may not use Altoura to:

• Provide travel services to clients
• Resell itineraries
• Operate a travel agency or concierge business unless you have written authorization

7.2. AI-Generated Content

Altoura provides AI-generated recommendations, itineraries, and suggestions. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs may contain inaccuracies
• Travel conditions, prices, and availability may change
• You are responsible for verifying reservations, requirements, and safety information
• Altoura is not liable for errors, omissions, or changes in third-party services

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure
• Not share your account with others
• Not misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform
• Not upload harmful, illegal, or misleading content

9. Data & Privacy

By signing up, you consent to:

• The processing of your data to personalize travel recommendations
• The use of anonymized data to improve the platform
• Receiving communications related to your membership and travel planning

10. Modifications to the Service

Altoura may update, enhance, or modify features at any time to improve the platform. Material changes will be communicated to members.

11. Termination

Altoura may suspend or terminate your account if you:The Altoura platform is not directed at, designed for, or intended to be used by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Misuse AI-generated content
• Interfere with the platform's operation

Upon termination, access to paid features ends immediately.

12. Third-Party Services

Altoura may link to or recommend third-party travel providers. Altoura is not responsible for:

• Availability, pricing, or accuracy of third-party services
• Travel disruptions, cancellations, or losses
• The acts or omissions of third-party providers

You enter into separate agreements with those providers.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Altoura is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Altoura does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content
• Your use of the Service is at your own discretion

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the minimum required protections apply.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
